Three times a year we are conducting a market analysis in the labour market for seafarers. Based on these market assessments we ensure that our wage scales remains competitive. Salaries are in Euros or USD.
Pension Scheme
All employees in GMS become members of a pension solution from the first day of employment. We were among the first companies to establish such pension program also for Ratings. The pension savings will contribute to a more economically safe future for all our seafarers. Member’s handbooks will be handed out the day of employment.
